MineVibe Privacy Policy

MineVibe (“MineVibe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the MineVibe mobile app.

This policy is intended for the iOS version of MineVibe.

Summary

MineVibe is a minesweeper-style game. You can play without creating an account with us. The app uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards, Google AdMob for ads, and RevenueCat to manage the optional “Remove Ads” purchase.

For version 1.0, MineVibe requests non-personalized ads from AdMob. We do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission and we do not knowingly use data to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

Information We Collect

We and our service providers may collect the following categories of information:

Gameplay information, such as game mode, score, level, completion status, times, daily challenge results, and leaderboard-related data.
Purchase information, such as whether you purchased or restored Remove Ads. We do not receive your payment card number or App Store payment details.
Device and app information, such as device identifiers, app version, operating system, diagnostics, crash information, performance data, and ad-related information.
Product interaction information, such as app launches, ad impressions, and interactions needed to operate ads, purchases, and app functionality.
Approximate location inferred from network information, such as IP-based coarse location, which may be processed by ad providers.

MineVibe does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, videos, precise location, health data, financial account data, or browsing history.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

Run the game and save local progress.
Submit and display Game Center leaderboard scores when you are signed in to Apple Game Center.
Provide and restore the Remove Ads purchase.
Show ads to users who have not purchased Remove Ads.
Request non-personalized ads.
Measure ad delivery and app performance.
Diagnose crashes, bugs, and technical issues.
Prevent fraud and abuse related to purchases and ads.

Local Storage

MineVibe stores some gameplay information on your device, such as local best times, daily challenge attempts, endless run state, and ad cooldown timing. This local data helps the app work properly and may be removed if you delete the app.

Game Center

MineVibe uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards. If you use Game Center features, Apple may process your Game Center account information, player name, score, rank, and related leaderboard data according to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

MineVibe uses Google AdMob to show ads to users who have not purchased Remove Ads. AdMob may process device identifiers, ad interaction information, approximate location, diagnostics, performance information, and other data needed to serve, measure, and protect ads.

For version 1.0, MineVibe requests non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads are not based on your past behavior across other companies’ apps or websites, but they may still use contextual information, coarse location, device information, and frequency capping.

Purchases

MineVibe uses RevenueCat to manage the optional Remove Ads purchase. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases, check whether Remove Ads is active, restore purchases, and diagnose purchase-related issues.

We do not receive your payment card number or App Store payment details. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate MineVibe, including:

Apple, for App Store purchases and Game Center.
Google AdMob, for ads and ad measurement.
RevenueCat, for purchase management and entitlement status.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual terms.

Tracking

For version 1.0, MineVibe requests non-personalized ads and does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. We do not knowingly use data collected by MineVibe to track you across third-party apps and websites for targeted advertising.

If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required App Store privacy disclosures.

Children

MineVibe is a general audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your Choices

You can:

Purchase Remove Ads to stop ads from being shown in MineVibe.
Restore purchases through the app.
Manage Game Center through Apple device settings.
Delete the app to remove local game data from your device.
Contact us at the email address above with privacy questions or requests.

Data Retention

Local game data remains on your device until you delete it through app behavior, reset app data, or uninstall the app. Purchase and ad-related records may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, Google, or us as needed for functionality, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

International Users

MineVibe is operated from the United States. If you use MineVibe from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
