These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MineVibe mobile app (“MineVibe,” the “app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using MineVibe, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MineVibe.

You may use MineVibe only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use MineVibe for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store rules.
You may not:
MineVibe may use Apple Game Center for authentication, leaderboards, and score submission. Your use of Game Center is also governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
We may remove, ignore, or decline to display scores that appear fraudulent, abusive, impossible, or caused by technical error.
MineVibe may show ads to users who have not purchased Remove Ads. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party ads, websites, products, or services shown through ads.
MineVibe offers an optional one-time in-app purchase called Remove Ads. If purchased, Remove Ads disables ads in MineVibe for the Apple account used for the purchase, subject to App Store purchase rules and successful entitlement validation.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payment cards directly.
You can restore eligible purchases in the app. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue MineVibe or any part of it at any time. We may add, change, or remove features, ads, game modes, leaderboards, pricing, or purchase options.
Some features may require an internet connection, Apple services, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for outages or changes to third-party services.
Your use of MineVibe is also governed by our Privacy Policy:
MineVibe, including its design, code, graphics, gameplay systems, text, sounds, trademarks, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of MineVibe or any related intellectual property to you.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
MineVibe is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that MineVibe will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that scores, leaderboards, ads, purchases, or other features will always work as expected.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruptions arising from or related to MineVibe or these Terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to MineVibe or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for MineVibe in the 12 months before the claim or USD $10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may stop using MineVibe at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to MineVibe or related features if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used MineVibe improperly.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for MineVibe or its content. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your license to use MineVibe, and Apple may enforce these Terms against you.
Your use of MineVibe must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and any applicable App Store rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of MineVibe after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
